From the concert archives: The Franklin Electric, from Montreal, visited Toronto to play some new tunes with some fans at The Mod Club Theater. The opening act Ellevator, an experimental pop band from Hamilton, set the tone for the night with mellow songs and some danceable tunes. As seen above, The Franklin Electric played an intimate show and even a few songs with only one microphone. With the release of their second album, Blue Ceilings, the band enchanted the crowd with a matured sound and great beats. Their music is a blend between pop alternative and classical, they introduce the trumpet just to show how well rounded their sound is!
